That was a good read! In regard to the paragraph abotu women vocalist, I actually get a lot of criticism from people because most of the music I listen to has female leads. I usually get rude comments like "Oh you only listen to girls who are crying or something" Generally obnoxious statements.

So what if I like Madonna, Garbage, No Ddoubt, Annie Lennox and you?

My bad list? It has people who are arrogant, self-centered, manipulative and abusive or are generally mean or no good. It's a pretty long list actually.

And this is what I fucking love most about the Internet. Getting a chance to not only connect with your favorite indy musician/artists, but also being able to really get a tour of the creative process going on through their head. This is the sort of fan/artist intimacy that wasn't possible 20 years ago.

At least not without some sort of restraining order ultimately involved. *heh*

Thank you so much for taking the time to do these song deconstructions. They have been really enjoyable to go through thus far.
